We feature the highest quality kiln-dried spruce framing lumber available from British Columbia and Canadian Maritime producing regions.
Engineered Wood Products Our experienced sales staff can assist you in calculating beam sizes and engineered floor systems for the ultimate in structural integrity and design options. We feature brands such as Boise, Trus-Joist, Advantech and AroJoist. Give us your conventional framing material plans and we'll convert them to an engineered framing system. We stock the following products and have quick access to several other manufacturers' I-Joists and structural engineered beams.
Structural Panels We stock the following products from a variety of quality manufacturers:
Pressure Treated We feature ACQ Preserve and ACQ Preserve-Plus pressure treated lumber. All of our framing stock consist of the highest grades available on the market.

Drywall: US Gypsum Sheetrock®
The Sheetrock® Brand includes a complete line of gypsum panels suited for every application, and a full range of interior finishing products including tapes, joint compounds, textures, sealants, and primers. Durock® Tile Backer Durock® Brand Cement Board is a high-strength ceramic tile backer board that delivers a water-durable tile base for walls, ceilings and countertops—anywhere tile is used. The board will not swell, soften, delaminate or disintegrate; it is also non-combustible and carries a 30-year limited warranty. Pine Boards East Coast Lumber, a lumber company in New Hampshire, offers two grades of raw (unprimed) pine boards, C-Select and #1 Select. Our C-Select grade is Eastern White Pine which is virtually free of knots. It comes in the following sizes; 1 x 4, 1 x 5, 1 x 6, 1 x 8, 1 x 10, and 1 x 12 in 6' through 16' lengths. Our #1 Select grade is #1 Ponderosa Pine. The grade is similar in appearance to the "Finish" grade of Eastern White Pine but contains small knots throughout the board. It comes in the following sizes; 1 x 3, 1 x 4, 1 x 5, 1 x 6, 1 x 8, 1 x 10, and 1 x 12 in 6' through 16' lengths.
Pattern Stock: Edge and Center Bead Pine Boards
 Masonry: Genest We feature a variety of concrete contruction materials supplied by Genest Concrete, one of the best known manufacturers in the business. We also stock bulk products such as crushed stone, concrete sand, mason sand, stone dust and gravel pack. We can deliver large loads or as little as 3 cubic yards anywhere within our local delivery area. Sakrete The concrete products are ideal for the placement of wood fence posts, metal fence posts, mailbox posts, and basketball goals. They are also perfect for sidewalks, driveways, foundations, steps , shed bases, patios, fish ponds and stepping stones.
 Setting posts, Installing footings and foundationsWe offer bagged cement products manufactured by Dragon Products Company, New England's only cement manufacturer. Dragon's Light and Dark Masonry cements are produced in Type N strength level to comply with ASTM specification C-91, and Federal specification SS-C-181. Dragon's Light Masonry is produced in a light gray color while the Dark Masonry is used where a charcoal gray color is preferred. Both products are recommended for masonry work with brick, block and stone.
Dragon's Type I, II, and III Portland Cements are produced to comply with ASTM specification C-150, and AASHTO specification M-85, and are available in bulk or in bags. The bagged cement products are identical to the bulk cement Dragon delivers to ready-mix concrete batch, plants, block plants, and other concrete fabricators throughout New England. Dragon's Portland cements have been an integral part of New England's infrastructure for over 100 years. Throughout this long history, Dragon Cement has met the highest standards of customers' needs. Dragon's cement products are manufactured in Thomaston, Maine, under strict quality control conditions to provide dependable, high quality Types I, II, and III Portland cements.
Metal Products: Simpson Strong-Tie East Coast Lumber, NH, proudly features Simpson Strong-Tie metal connector products for all your conventional and engineered framing connection needs. Many items are 'in-stock', and other items are available within 1 or 2 business days.
Pneumatic Collated Fasteners We have thousands of boxes of quality Bostitch and Paslode nails in stock for all your fastening needs. Our experienced sales staff will quickly identify the proper nail for your application and will match your specific pneumatic gun. We also feature Grip-Rite Collated Fasteners. These are designed to fit all major brands of pneumatic tools. The complete fastener line includes: coil roofing nails, collated nails, construction staples, finish nails and brads. Each Grip-Rite Collated Fastener is of the highest quality, and is guaranteed not to jam when used in the tool for which it is designed.
